I am a tenured Professor of History at the University of Mobile. I joined UM’s faculty in 2012 after serving as an adjunct professor for a number of colleges, and as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Examples of Course Material

The following three syllabi are examples of courses from various academic levels. HI 103 is a first-year, survey-level undergraduate course covering World Civilizaitons to 1500. HI 409 is an advanced undergraduate course on the American Civil Rights Movement . HI 602 is a Masters-level graduate seminar focused on Domestic Anti-Communism and McCarthyism in the 1940s and 1950s.
